originated chili con carne, he told me that he has no idea . He asked me to

I was looking at there when he
was making chili con carne. Suddenly, I said “Bolognese sauce”. He looked at me
and told me yes!
When I am asking something
regarding cookery, he says “cookery is not easy to understand. It means every

Actually, I saw every where
that it had mentioned chili con carne doesn’t have original recipe. Usually
chili con carne is always cooked with ground beef.
I have eaten chili con carne
twice made with ground beef.

what are the ingredients for Bolognese sauce?

· Chopped garlic, onion , celery , carrot
· Tomato puree or paste (what is the difference
between tomato puree and paste? tomato puree is a thick liquid made by cooking and straining tomatoes. The difference between tomato paste, tomato purée, and tomato sauce is
consistency; tomato puree has a thicker consistency and a deeper flavor than sauce. The definitions

· Half cup of warm water
How to make Bolognese sauce?

Heat
a thick bottom pan with little amount of fat or oil

Add
chopped garlic, onion , celery ,carrot expect ground beef

Chopped
ingredients cook until tender

Add
ground beef and stir until reduce the water in ground beef
·
Mix
tomato paste in to cooking ground beef, and mix properly
Add warm water slowly and stir.
(What is the reason for adding warm water? Current situation, it means cooking process
can be changed by adding the normal temperature.)
When preserving Bolognese,
what is the best method of preserving Bolognese ?
ü The best method is frozen.
Now
we are going to make a chili con carne
· Frozen Bolognese sauce, reduce the
frozen.
· Heat a pan little amount of fat or
oil.
· Then add the Bolognese in to the pan.
· Cook under low fire.
· Cook until reduce the water.
· Test the taste, thickness, and season.
· Next step is, add kidney beans.
· Cook few minutes and take off
fire.
What are kidney beans? Kidney
beans may be imported or cultivate in your country. When buying kidney beans,
could be canned or fresh. Any way, when using kidney beans make sure that, if there is canned beans we don’t need to cook
the beans. It means canned beans already been cooked. If there are fresh kidney beans, we have to boil or steam beforeusing for chili con carne.
