easy dough for puff pastry lovers...





Flour                                               01       kg
Salt                                                   15      g
Sugar                                               20       g
Margarine                                       100    g
Water                                               530    ml
Hard margarine                            650    g
Total weight                                2315    g

Method

Mix flour, sugar, margarine and water and make a nice dough
2.       Rest the dough for 30 minutes
3.       Take the dough and roll out from center to downwards, at all for side, center to be thicker than the sides
4.       Place the hard margarine to the center, enclose the dough at all four sides and level it with a rolling pin from center to end.
5.       Proceed with laminating,give 2 single turns  at 15 minutes intervals, total four single turns to done spreading the fat dough paralleled
